What’s important to us
Every single wine receives the greatest possible attention and is produced purely by hand. Our vintner and cellarmaster Josef is only satisfied when a wine expresses its natural character. This is already inherent the vineyard, and just the finishing touches are put on in the vinification process - whether in steel tanks or wooden barrels.
What distinguishes our wines
Their origin, and with it the terroir, invariably lives in our wines. Terroir means soil, climate, microclimate in the vineyard, and the yeasts from the vineyards and cellars, as well as the signature and personality of the winemaker. This, the style of the vintage, and the characteristics of each variety are clearly recognizable in our wines and make them each unique.
